Common questions
Missing products? Choose All active products, In stock only, or All products in the product filter. Clear search and collection filters if needed.
What do the three product filters mean? All active products shows published-status active items, even when out of stock. In stock only shows active items with stock, untracked inventory, or continued selling when out of stock. All products includes active, draft, and archived items for internal price lists; draft and archived products are not necessarily available to customers.
Choosing variants? Expand a product using “Choose variants” to select individual options.
PDF not printing? Download the PDF and open it in your device’s PDF viewer, then use its Share or Print option. Match the printer paper size to your PDF.
Billing questions? Open Manage Plan in the app, or review app subscriptions in Shopify Admin billing settings.
