Senjuco Price List & Line Sheet
Effective October 24, 2026
Senjuco LLC (“Senjuco,” “we,” “us”) provides the Senjuco Price List & Line Sheet application for Shopify merchants. This policy explains how the app handles information when a merchant installs and uses it.
Information we access
With the merchant’s authorization, the app accesses store identity and product and inventory information, which may include product titles, descriptions, images, variants, SKUs, prices, and inventory details. When enabled and authorized, the app may access Shopify B2B catalog pricing to produce wholesale documents. We also process merchant-selected catalog settings, logos, saved templates, app usage and entitlement status, and subscription information provided by Shopify. We receive technical information needed to authenticate requests and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to display and select products; preview, generate, and export catalogs, price lists, line sheets, and order forms; remember saved configurations where the plan permits; manage subscriptions and free-plan usage; provide support; maintain security; and comply with applicable requirements. We do not use merchant product data to sell advertising.
Storage and service providers
The app runs on Render-hosted infrastructure and uses a database to store app installation and subscription records, merchant settings and saved templates, and a pseudonymous record of whether a store has used its lifetime free PDF allowance. Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted form. Product data is retrieved from Shopify to produce requested documents; the app does not maintain a separate permanent copy of the merchant’s full product catalog. Generated PDF content is processed for delivery to the merchant rather than kept as a permanent PDF archive. We use Shopify for platform authorization, product access, and billing, and Render for hosting and database infrastructure. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the app, respond to legal obligations, protect rights and security, or with the merchant’s direction. We do not sell merchant or customer personal information.
Retention and deletion
When the app is uninstalled, its stored Shopify access token and active local subscription record are deleted. Certain settings and entitlement records may remain after uninstall so that a merchant’s saved app state and one-lifetime-free-PDF allowance cannot be reset by reinstalling. When Shopify sends a verified shop data erasure request, we remove associated merchant preferences, templates, and shop identity mappings, and retain only a minimal pseudonymous marker recording whether the lifetime free allowance was used, without the store domain or product data. We handle verified data requests in accordance with applicable requirements. Merchants may contact us to request information about their data or its deletion, subject to legal and legitimate anti-abuse retention requirements.
Customer data
The app is designed to work with store product and catalog information. It does not request Shopify customer or order records for its core catalog-generation features. Merchants should avoid entering personal information in free-form catalog settings unless necessary.
Security
We use access controls, Shopify authentication and webhook verification, and encrypted storage for app access tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Information may be processed where our service providers operate, including the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date when material changes occur.
